Shark Puppets

For the ocean unit I created for my little toddler, we of course had to have a dedicated shark day!
What baby doesn't love "Baby Shark" most of all?
We blew bubbles and pretended to swim like sharks, and of course played the "Baby Shark" song on repeat with our little shark puppets, which my toddler thought were the best things ever! (Did you know toddlers can make you feel like you're awesome when you do just about anything for them? They really are the best!)
There are lots of awesome shark projects out there, but I wanted something simple that I knew my baby would have an easy time holding and pretending to make swim.

How to create your simple shark puppets:
Things you'll need:
One sheet of white card stock paper
Scissors
Three jumbo (or regular) craft sticks
Laminator (optional)
Tape
Blue markers, paint pens, or glitter pens (optional - if you want to decorate your craft sticks!)
The steps are written on the printable.
Simply cut out your sharks, laminate them if you want them to last longer than one day (especially if they're for your twelve-month-old who thinks paper is food, like mine does) and tape them on to your craft sticks.
Sing "Baby Shark" one hundred times! (kidding- just enough times to make you hear it in your sleep on repeat.)
Happy Shark Day (and night)!
